Thank you for your patience while you await the delivery of your order. Many of our packages have been delivered albeit later than our normal operations.  We experienced an exceptional surge in shipments from Black Friday and Cyber Monday along with another major spike this past weekend – led to temporary congestion across our network and stretched our sortation and linehaul capacity.

Our teams are working around the clock, expanding processing capacity, extending sortation hours, adding additional drivers, and operating throughout the weekend to restore normal service levels. We expect to be fully recovered by the end of this week to early next week.

  • We are currently experiencing service disruptions across the network due to severe weather conditions.

  • Precision Parcel and Package Deliveries will do their best to deliver, but there may be delays.

  • Regular delivery operations will resume when conditions are safe. The safety of our drivers is our number one priority.
